All bookings and deposits are non-refundable.

Transfers may be permitted with 48 hours notice given and only with email correspondence.

Little Village Saddleworth reserves the right to close at any time, this will be for your safety and security. If this does occur, we will issue full refunds or transfer to another session.

Our spaces are limited to maximise enjoyment of our Village and also for safety reasons. Only those with a valid ticket will be permitted entry into the building.

When a booking is made on behalf of others, the buyer is responsible for notifying all those in the party of all the terms and conditions.

Birthday party celebrations must be booked with us as a party and cannot take place in general sessions.
